  • Define business and functional requirements, mapping end-to-end processes and integration points

  • Contribute to programme governance, delivery planning, and structured change management

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience delivering change within commercial cards, corporate cards, or merchant acquiring environments

  • Background operating in consulting, business analysis, project management, or hybrid BA/PM roles

  • Experience working on complex, global transformation programmes within financial services

  • Ability to collaborate with technology vendors and internal engineering teams

  • Structured thinking, clear communication, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting global card platform implementations or migrations

  • Exposure to payment acceptance, acquiring platforms, or issuing ecosystems

  • Involvement in process mapping, integration design, or target state definition

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models

  • Confidence supporting senior stakeholder forums and programme governance
