With over $400M raised from top-tier investors, our innovative technology provides a comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries.

As part of our continued growth, we’re expanding our in-house Legal Team and are now looking for another Legal Counsel to join us. Our ideal candidate is an experienced High-Tech/technology lawyer. As a commercial lawyer, you will be working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including services agreements and vendor agreements, privacy matters, as well as other general corporate, labor and privacy law advice.

You will:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal contracts with clients, partners, vendors, and third parties (services agreements, NDAs, DPAs, SaaS license agreements).
  • Assist with labor law and privacy issues.
  • Interact and work with the company's departments (sales, product, marketing, finance, payments) on diverse legal issues.
  • Perform and provide other general corporate law advice as needed.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to support contract review, clause analysis, risk identification, and drafting efficiency while ensuring full legal accuracy and compliance.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to improve the speed and consistency of reviewing commercial agreements, privacy documentation, and corporate legal materials.
  • Apply AI tools to assist in legal research, summarization of complex legal materials, and preparation of first-draft legal documents, while maintaining full professional legal judgment and oversight.
Requirements
  • EU-qualified attorney/lawyer with 3–5 years of experience in a High-Tech/Commercial department within a law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Fluent English (written and oral).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and persistent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Hands on experience to effectively leverage AI tools to enhance legal drafting, contract review, risk analysis, and legal workflow efficiency.
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to support commercial legal work while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
