The role also requires using AI-powered workflows and no-code or low-code automations to improve project tracking, reporting, documentation, onboarding, and operational efficiency across multiple concurrent projects.

Lead complex contingent workforce customer implementations from presales handoff through delivery. Develop project plans, coordinate internal teams, MSP stakeholders, and third-party integrations, manage timelines, budgets, risks, compliance, and communications, and serve as the primary customer contact. Use VMS platforms and contingent labor expertise to deliver scalable programs, improve implementation methodologies, and ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are met.

Lead and develop a team of Account Executives while personally managing strategic enterprise and mid-market sales opportunities. Drive revenue performance, develop new business, support complex full-cycle deals, deliver executive presentations, and build relationships with senior stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve go-to-market execution, forecasting, pipeline management, and AI-enabled sales workflows. The role focuses on selling global payroll, payments, and workforce management solutions to international organizations.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for global payroll, EOR, and workforce solutions. Serve as primary client contact, run discovery, manage timelines, guide configuration, data migration, testing, payroll validation, go-live, and post-launch stabilization. Coordinate cross-functionally, support integrations, mitigate risks, leverage AI tools, and improve implementation playbooks and processes to ensure compliant, on-time deliveries and strong client satisfaction.

Drive new business with mid-market and enterprise international clients, manage full sales cycles, deliver tailored demos and proposals, leverage AI-powered sales tools, consultatively sell Papaya's global payroll and workforce management platform, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handovers and product-market fit.
