Responsibilities include developing rollout plans, coordinating MSP and VMS stakeholders, managing project plans and resources, leading customer meetings, tracking deliverables and risks, producing executive reporting, and partnering with Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Compliance. Ensure implementations meet contractual, timeline, budget, and global contingent-labor compliance requirements while improving MSP/VMS workflows and integrations.

Lead customer implementations of global payroll and Employer of Record solutions. Manage project plans, timelines, schedules, status reporting, customer meetings, deliverables, risks, escalations, and cross-functional coordination across multiple simultaneous projects. Maintain customer satisfaction and contractual compliance while identifying improvement opportunities. Apply AI-powered workflows, AI agents, and no-code or low-code automations to streamline project tracking, reporting, documentation, task management, onboarding, and customer communications.

Lead Papaya’s global Client Success and Account Management organization to own retention, renewals, and expansion. Build and scale multi-regional teams, set KPIs, drive cross-functional alignment with Sales/Product/Operations, and use AI-driven analytics to improve forecasting, customer health scoring, and expansion strategies across enterprise customers.

Lead commercial and employment legal matters: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; act as EU site legal manager; advise on global employment law and litigation; coordinate with internal teams and partners; and leverage AI tools to streamline legal workflows while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for global payroll, EOR, and workforce solutions. Serve as primary client contact, run discovery, manage timelines, guide configuration, data migration, testing, payroll validation, go-live, and post-launch stabilization. Coordinate cross-functionally, support integrations, mitigate risks, leverage AI tools, and improve implementation playbooks and processes to ensure compliant, on-time deliveries and strong client satisfaction.

Legal Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including services agreements, NDAs, DPAs, and SaaS licenses. The role also advises on privacy, labor, and general corporate matters while partnering with sales, product, marketing, finance, and payments teams. The counsel will use AI-assisted tools for contract review, legal research, risk analysis, document drafting, and workflow efficiency while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, compliance, and professional judgment.
