Handle employee and customer queries, validate and report payroll data, support client onboarding, establish processes for new country expansions, and improve payroll administration workflows. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outsourced payroll partners to resolve issues and harmonize processes.

Own go-to-market strategy and execution for assigned products and services, including launches, positioning, sales enablement, commercial storytelling, competitive intelligence, and revenue-team support. Partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to create sales plays, messaging, demos, and client-facing assets. Use customer and market feedback to improve GTM execution and measure impact through adoption, pipeline, conversion, product uptake, and revenue.

Lead customer implementations of global payroll and employer-of-record solutions. Responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer communications, monitoring delivery performance, escalating risks, and ensuring contractual timelines are met. The role also requires using AI-powered workflows and no-code or low-code automations to improve project tracking, reporting, documentation, onboarding, and operational efficiency across multiple concurrent projects.
