Lead and execute revenue operations strategy to improve sales productivity and revenue growth. Build analytics, forecasting, territory and quota planning, scalable processes, automation, system integrations, and dashboards. Manage vendor relationships, ensure data integrity and compliance, and hire and mentor a high-performing RevOps team while aligning sales, marketing, and customer success.

Lead end-to-end customer services including onboarding, implementation, and strategic account delivery. Define CX strategy, KPIs, and data-driven frameworks; build scalable processes; manage ~50 Project and Implementation Managers; improve retention and revenue-related KPIs; partner with Account Management and senior leadership; and leverage AI and automation to boost service quality and operational efficiency.

Manage and grow strategic client accounts by building relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, resolving escalations, supporting RFPs, conducting business reviews, monitoring account health, and using AI tools and playbooks to improve account planning and operational efficiency.
