The Learning & Development Associate will support the execution of our digital-first learning strategy, with a primary focus on managing learning platforms, enabling learning path deployment, generating insights through reporting, and providing local learning coordination support in Jordan. 

This role is ideal for a motivated, self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is digitally curious, and is keen to grow within Talent & Learning. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening learning adoption, data visibility, and AI-enabled learning experiences across the business.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Learning Platform Management

· Administer and maintain digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS, external learning providers).

· Upload, assign, and track learning paths across functions and levels.

· Ensure accurate learner data, course catalogs, and reporting integrity.

· Support the rollout of enterprise learning initiatives (e.g., AI literacy, leadership behaviors, sales & tech academies).

· Identify opportunities to automate manual processes within the LMS.


2. Digital Learning Content Creation & Maintenance

· Create and update interactive eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) or similar authoring tools.

· Convert instructor-led or static content (PowerPoint, documents) into engaging digital learning experiences.

· Apply basic instructional design principles to ensure learning content is clear, structured, and learner-friendly.

· Embed quizzes, knowledge checks, and simple assessments within digital modules.

· Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and translate it into effective learning materials.

· Maintain version control and ensure content remains current, relevant, and aligned with business needs.


3. Learning Path Deployment & Tracking

· Assign role-based learning paths aligned to job families and capability frameworks.

· Monitor completion rates and follow up with stakeholders to drive adoption.

· Support campaign-based learning rollouts (e.g., AI fluency, compliance, leadership).

· Maintain visibility dashboards on learning hours, completion rates, and certification progress.


4. Learning Reporting & Analytics

· Generate regular learning dashboards and insights reports.

· Track KPIs such as:

o Learning hours per employee

o Completion rates by function

o Certification progress

o AI literacy participation

· Identify trends and areas requiring intervention.

· Support data preparation for ExCo and board-level reporting.


5. AI-Enabled Learning Support

· Use AI tools to:

o Generate learning summaries and communications.

o Support content curation and personalization.

o Analyze learning engagement trends.

· Support AI-powered learning initiatives and adoption campaigns.

· Continuously explore digital and AI enhancements to improve learner experience.


6. Local Learning Coordination 

· Support logistics for in-person workshops and regional programs.

· Coordinate with business stakeholders and HRBPs on learning needs.

· Act as the first point of contact for learning-related queries in Jordan .

· Support certification processes and local academy rollouts (e.g., PM, Sales, Tech programs).


Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

· 1–3 years’ experience in L&D, HR, or a related field.

· Experience working with LMS platforms (preferred).

· Strong Excel and reporting capability.

· Comfortable working with data and dashboards.

· Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) is an advantage.

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
