We’re looking for a Project Manager – Digital Transformation to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and driving digital transformation initiatives across government, telecom, and financial services sectors.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, assess current processes, and contribute to the design and delivery of digital solutions. Your role goes beyond coordination. You will play an active role in shaping business requirements, improving customer journeys, and ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.

What You’ll Do

❏ Support digital transformation programs: Contribute to the delivery of initiatives across business and technology

❏ Engage stakeholders: Work with clients and internal teams to gather inputs and align on requirements

❏ Analyze business processes: Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

❏ Contribute to solution design: Help translate business needs into structured digital solutions

❏ Improve customer journeys: Support mapping and optimization of service experiences

❏ Define requirements: Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

❏ Coordinate delivery: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution

❏ Support governance: Track progress, KPIs, and reporting across initiatives

❏ Facilitate workshops: Participate in discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions


RequirementsYou’re Our Match If You Have

❏ 7–12 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or digital transformation

❏ Experience working in at least one of the following sectors: Government, Telecom, or Financial Services

❏ Exposure to customer experience (CX), service design, or business process improvement

❏ Ability to work between business and technical teams

❏ Experience working with stakeholders and gathering requirements

❏ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

❏ Good communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic is a plus)

❏ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

❏ Available to work on-site

❏ Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs
