  • Managing framework agreements, sole-supply arrangements, rebates and fixed-price contracts to maximise value and performance.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through market intelligence, competitor analysis and customer insight.
  • Leading strategic account reviews to monitor performance, identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams including Finance, Technical, Design, Innovation, Sustainability and Customer Experience to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Gathering customer forecasts and pipeline intelligence to support effective production planning and supply chain optimisation.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor by understanding industry trends, regulatory developments and evolving customer requirements.
  • Leveraging expertise in Part L, Future Homes Standards and industry regulations to support customer decision-making and specification opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate account plans, forecasts and pipeline data to support strategic business decisions.
  • Representing Forterra professionally at customer meetings, industry events and key stakeholder engagements nationwide.

This role involves national travel and occasional overnight stays.
