As a Select Growth Advisor to a Private Client Advisor in Chase Wealth Management, you will offer comprehensive financial planning and advice to individuals and families. Your expertise will support a wide range of clients, from those just starting to save to those with significant wealth. You will provide an exceptional investor experience by offering advised solutions and Chase partner referrals that deepen client relationships. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of wealth management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior advisors to deepen with and serve clients.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Support a thriving book of business by delivering personalized investment solutions to clients by relying on thought leadership and relationship-building skills; through a focus on relationship management, you should be able to grow the practice 
•  Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and sound business judgement 
•  Exhibit unwavering integrity that points toward doing right by clients at every opportunity
•  Foster a client-centric planning process and ensure implementation of financial planning strategies 
•  Attend product rollouts, ideation calls, and research meetings to stay current on all investment products and services, and showcase the ability to share these updates with clients
•  Deliver on a client engagement process that supports proactive and reactive communication, including responding to market volatility, providing account reviews with advice, and updating financial plans and goals through our planning software 
•  Provide a holistic view of clients’ needs and financial coaching beyond investments 
•  Develop and implement marketing strategy including social media, client-specific presentation materials, and hosting client events 
•  Embrace digital innovations to help clients become more digitally confident and bank when, where, and how they want 
•  Champion and support your teammates’ success and the goals of the bank, while fostering teamwork and collaboration with partners and cross functional teams

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

•  A minimum of 4 years of financial services experience
•  Demonstrated success in cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners
•  Demonstrated ability and commitment to goals-based planning and advice
•  Demonstrated understanding of investment products and services
•  Understanding of market performance and market trends
•  Proven ability to be a self-starter, act as an end-to-end owner of tasks and work independently
•  Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism
•  A valid and active Series 7 license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
•  A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment. 
•  A valid and active Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) or Wealth Management Certified Planner (WMCP) certification is preferred
•  Bachelor's degree preferred
