Banana Moon is a growing UK childcare franchise network with nurseries across England and Wales. We're passionate about early years education — and the people and technology that make it possible.

The Role

We're hiring an IT Support Analyst to be our dedicated UK technology resource. Based at our head office in Warwick, you'll own IT support across our nursery network and HQ — diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues independently and confidently.

You'll work closely with our wider IT team, which requires occasional flexibility around working hours to support cross-timezone collaboration. You'll also travel regularly to nursery locations to support new site openings, hardware installations, and on-site technical work.

What You'll Do

  • Own IT support for nursery locations and HQ, end-to-end from first contact to resolution
  • Manage and resolve tickets in line with agreed SLAs
  • Diagnose and fix issues across hardware, networking, end-user devices, and software
  • Provision and configure computers, mobile devices, displays, and networking equipment
  • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, MDM platforms, and SaaS applications
  • Maintain CCTV, IP camera systems, and door access control
  • Build knowledgebase documentation and support end-user self-service
  • Travel to nursery locations across the UK for new openings and hardware rollouts

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in a hands-on helpdesk or field IT support role, ideally multi-site
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, hardware, and cloud platforms
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Clear communicator with non-technical users
  • Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

Benefits
  • £32,000 – £38,000 depending on experience
  • Private Healthcare Plan

  • Training & Development
  • Employee Assistance Programme - Counseling
