Designs and delivers face-to-face, virtual, and onsite training for nursery teams. Converts development needs, compliance themes, and operational trends into practical learning solutions; supports induction, coaching, curriculum initiatives, inspection readiness, and manager development. Creates training materials, monitors effectiveness, and partners with Compliance while maintaining current EYFS and regulatory knowledge.

Provide nurturing care and education for young children in a nursery setting. Plan and support imaginative learning experiences, promote child development under the EYFS, act as a key person, build relationships with families, maintain safeguarding standards, and collaborate with colleagues. Candidates must hold a Level 3 or higher early years qualification, relevant first aid and safeguarding training, enhanced DBS clearance, and previous nursery experience.

Leads the day-to-day operation and continued development of a nursery, ensuring high standards of childcare, education, safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance. Manages and develops nursery staff, maintains staffing ratios, supports recruitment and training, builds relationships with families, prepares for Ofsted inspections, monitors occupancy and performance, and collaborates with directors on budgets and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage a nursery room ensuring policies, ratios, registers, health & safety, safeguarding, and hygiene are followed. Administer first aid/medication, complete risk assessments and documentation, support settling-in processes, liaise with parents, and guide staff to deliver a play-based curriculum.

Lead a nursery room delivering the EYFS curriculum, supervise and safeguard children, plan activities, track progress via a Parent App, mentor and supervise staff, maintain policies and legislative standards, engage with parents and local community, and support nursery operations and marketing.
