Lead and manage a nursery room ensuring policies, ratios, registers, health & safety, safeguarding, and hygiene are followed. Administer first aid/medication, complete risk assessments and documentation, support settling-in processes, liaise with parents, and guide staff to deliver a play-based curriculum.

Lead and mentor a team of childcare practitioners, plan and deliver EYFS-aligned activities, maintain relationships with parents and carers, ensure children’s welfare and development, and manage room budgets and daily operations to provide high-quality childcare.

Lead a nursery room delivering the EYFS curriculum, supervise and safeguard children, plan activities, track progress via a Parent App, mentor and supervise staff, maintain policies and legislative standards, engage with parents and local community, and support nursery operations and marketing.
