We are working with a financial services client currently mid-implementation on a major identity access programme, and are looking for an Business Change Manager to join at a critical delivery phase. The role sits across Identity Governance and Administration and Privileged Access Management workstreams, turning fast-moving project activity into requirements, work packages and business-ready outputs that BAU teams can actually pick up and run with. You'll also lead early engagement with the business on the upcoming change and help assess the impact of specific capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and structure information to support the vendor-led implementation
  • Shape scope into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to support roadmap and backlog refinement
  • Spot gaps in requirements and turn findings into concrete delivery or roadmap actions
  • Work alongside the Project Manager to help size, define and manage work packages as needed
  • Build and refine to-be processes, handover packs and supporting documentation for business-as-usual teams
  • Track the initial identity governance release as it rolls out to privileged access users, feeding lessons learned back into the wider programme
  • Produce equivalent to-be process and handover documentation for the privileged access side of the programme

Requirements
  • 8+ years' senior BA experience, ideally including large-scale change or transformation delivery
  • Strong communicator, comfortable from executive to technical level
  • Background in business change, with identity and access management exposure
  • Skilled at turning complex or messy inputs into clear, decision-ready outputs
  • Proactive and hands-on, with sound judgement on sizing and sequencing work
