Lead investigation and resolution of broker margin data discrepancies by validating Python pipeline outputs against internal sources. Debug raw broker files, document margin calculation logic across account types, work with Data Engineering to translate business rules into Python, escalate structural data gaps, liaise with brokers and SMEs, and maintain mapping and audit documentation.

Support underwriting operations by entering and checking risk and aggregate data, processing USM/SCM messages, resolving exceptions, liaising with underwriters, maintaining SLAs, and proposing process improvements.

Serve as TRS/Equity Swaps operations SME to stand up and run an in-house TRS capability. Design target operating model, workflows, controls, and governance; translate business requirements into Calypso operational processes; produce procedures and control frameworks; support trade lifecycle activities, settlements, reconciliations, collateral and exception management; transition from outsourced model and take ownership of BAU operations.

Provide administrative support for procurement functions: organise documents, assist vendor management and due diligence, maintain records, liaise with internal teams to ensure procedures, and support business management tasks. Initial 6-month contract, hybrid with three days in-office.

Perform hands-on review and reconciliation of historic outwards (ceded) reinsurance calculations, validate broker-led recoveries, identify discrepancies and control issues, and provide clear findings and practical support to resolve amounts due.

Ensure underwriting data quality through validation, reconciliation and QA; maintain PowerBI underwriting MI and produce quarterly MI packs; monitor underwriting authorities and premium controls; prepare Non-Financial Lloyd's and regulatory returns with stakeholders; identify automation opportunities; and coordinate between underwriters, finance, actuarial, compliance and technology teams.

Manage end-to-end onboarding of low-touch Capital Markets clients (banks, brokers, cash counterparties) in UK/Ireland. Coordinate Credit, KYC, Legal, and Operations to enable go-lives, prioritize the onboarding pipeline, act as single point of contact, liaise with sales desks and senior stakeholders, drive regulatory projects and remediation, and uphold operational risk and compliance standards.

Lead automation of static data processes across settlements and operations to improve STP ahead of T+1. Analyze end-to-end workflows (counterparties, SSIs, instruments, rates, pricing), capture functional requirements, coordinate testing (including Broadridge), and work with middle office, settlements, and external vendors to implement automation solutions.

Lead business change activities for an identity and privileged access programme: translate project activity into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, work packages, and to-be processes; produce handover documentation for BAU teams; track initial release to privileged users and feed lessons learned back into the programme.

Serve as a cross-team Scrum Master across three teams (Data & MI, Continuous Improvement, Analytics). Maintain Kanban boards and Azure DevOps queries, facilitate ceremonies and CI working group, manage backlogs, remove blockers, coordinate stakeholders, track delivery dates, produce weekly progress reporting, and lead release management and CAB representation to ensure timely delivery across concurrent workstreams.

Serve as the link between upstream and downstream systems for the Outwards Reinsurance transformation. Manage and prioritise the product backlog, define the roadmap, write traceable requirements and Gherkin-based acceptance criteria, support process mapping and Target Operating Model documentation, and work within Agile to keep deliverables on track.

Support client's risk management by maintaining risk registers, producing board-level reports, assessing operational/underwriting/market risks, contributing to ORSA, embedding risk appetite frameworks, supporting stress testing, and improving risk processes and controls.

Provide governance support for board and committee operations: prepare and distribute papers, maintain calendars and action logs, manage version-controlled governance documentation, support Lloyd's governance requirements, liaise with stakeholders, identify process gaps, and assist with annual business planning and syndicate returns.

Support preparation and submission of Lloyd's returns and Solvency II reports. Perform data validation, reconciliations, maintain submission logs and workpapers, liaise with actuarial/finance/underwriting, identify data quality issues, and improve reporting controls and processes.

Operate sanctions screening processes for counterparties, coverholders, and transactions. Triage and resolve screening alerts, maintain watchlists and configurations, support policy reviews and reporting, liaise with business teams, and contribute to process automation and control improvements.

Provide day-to-day compliance oversight for a Lloyd's managing agent client: support monitoring programmes, maintain policies and registers, prepare reports, monitor regulatory changes, assist regulatory responses, and improve compliance controls.

Support a Lloyd's MGA in implementing a Policy Administration System, evaluating vendors, managing UAT, and ensuring on-time delivery for underwriting.

Hands-on TRS Operations SME to define and operationalise an in-house Total Return Swaps capability. Responsibilities include designing the operating model, translating business requirements into Calypso operational processes, building controls and documentation, supporting transition from outsourced model, and owning BAU TRS operations and ongoing process improvements across business, technology, and implementation partners.

Responsible for management and underwriting accounting for a Lloyd's of London insurer, including ledger maintenance, month- and quarter-end reporting, reconciliations, bordereaux and multi-currency transactions, VAT/payroll submissions, treasury support, audit assistance, and improving financial controls and reporting across multi-entity structures.
