Deliver end-to-end SharePoint Online solutions for a multi-syndicate Lloyd's environment: design sites/pages/workflows, develop SPFx components, build Power Platform integrations, manage deployments, ensure governance and compliance, engage stakeholders, and drive user adoption and improvements.

Lead canonical data modelling and governance for buy-side data domains, translating logical models into Snowflake-ready schemas, DDL, API contracts and data quality rules. Support preparation and submission of Lloyd's returns and Solvency II reports. Perform data validation, reconciliations, maintain submission logs and workpapers, liaise with actuarial/finance/underwriting, identify data quality issues, and improve reporting controls and processes.

Operate sanctions screening processes for counterparties, coverholders, and transactions. Triage and resolve screening alerts, maintain watchlists and configurations, support policy reviews and reporting, liaise with business teams, and contribute to process automation and control improvements.
