Deliver end-to-end SharePoint Online solutions for a multi-syndicate Lloyd's environment: design sites/pages/workflows, develop SPFx components, build Power Platform integrations, manage deployments, ensure governance and compliance, engage stakeholders, and drive user adoption and improvements.

Lead canonical data modelling and governance for buy-side data domains, translating logical models into Snowflake-ready schemas, DDL, API contracts and data quality rules. Work with investment, operations and ESG teams to define lineage, golden sources, industry-standard mappings (ISO20022, SWIFT, FINOS CDM), and embed governance while mentoring engineers to ensure implementation fidelity.

Lead investigation and resolution of broker margin data discrepancies by validating Python pipeline outputs against internal sources. Debug raw broker files, document margin calculation logic across account types, work with Data Engineering to translate business rules into Python, escalate structural data gaps, liaise with brokers and SMEs, and maintain mapping and audit documentation.
