Internal Account Coordinator - Yorkshire (Hybrid working)

As an Internal Accounts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Re‑engaging dormant customers to rebuild relationships and restore trading activity.

  • Introducing the business to new contacts within prospect accounts to spark interest and secure meetings for the sales team.

  • Following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and promotional events.

  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date customer information within the CRM.

  • Developing both new and existing accounts to drive sales growth and improve margin.

This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm. This role can be based at any of our locations across Yorkshire

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service or similar sales environments.

  • Ability to build and nurture business relationships.

  • Self‑motivation and a proactive mindset for spotting and developing sales opportunities.
