Provide customer-focused warehouse operations including checking and booking goods-in, picking and labeling goods, maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, and deputising for the Operations Supervisor as required.

Field-based Technical Sales Engineer driving sales growth for air conditioning and heat pump products. Develop new business, grow existing accounts, hold 8–12 customer meetings weekly, maintain sales pipeline and produce monthly sales forecasts.

Perform warehouse and yard duties including picking, packing, manual handling, loading/unloading vehicles, forklift operation, and goods-in processes. Work full-time (45 hours/week, Mon–Fri) to support daily operations and shipping workflows.

Provide excellent customer service at the Trade Counter, handle goods-in/out, pick and pack orders, maintain warehouse housekeeping, answer enquiries by phone/face-to-face/email, and make outbound sales calls while working toward a Level 2 Trade Supplier apprenticeship.
