At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, in addition to incubating our own. With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector. 

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join one of our portfolio brands which is a well-known 100 million dollar brand in the D2C space. 

This position is full time in our London office.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Identify and establish partnerships with YouTube influencers who align with the brand's values and messaging
  • Manage relationships with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, and contract management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, social media, and marketing teams, to develop and execute integrated campaigns
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to influencer marketing campaigns

Who You Are

  • A tertiary degree holder
  • Fluent English speaker
  • You are a fresh graduate or have some experience in influencer marketing 
  • Bonus point if you already have proven track record in YouTube influencer marketing 
  • You’re an avid social media user and have a strong passion for digital brand building 
  • You’re thorough and detail-oriented, and are good at following processes
  • You’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
  • You love to keep things organized!
  • You take initiative and are driven by passion
  • You are tech literate and can learn new software with ease
  • You thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture

We don't require previous experience in influencer marketing for this role. We can teach you the tools of the trade. What's important is that you have the fundamental skills (customer mindset, writing, analytical skills) and attitude (a willingness to learn and eagerness to make winning ads)!
