As a Senior Marketing Copywriter, Vice President in our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy across all channels. You are a storyteller, editor, and strategic thinker who will create compelling content that empowers and delights users. Job Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging, strategic content for web, social media, communications, display, OOH, and search, including both organic and paid media.
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end campaigns focused on creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external agencies to build trust and find smart solutions to complex problems.
  • Advocate for readability, usability, and inclusivity, keeping every customer in mind.
  • Think critically and ask the right questions to ensure we're doing things the right way.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow copywriters and designers, contributing to the Content team's value and reputation.
  • Mentor colleagues by sharing best practices in writing.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proven portfolio showcasing your writing expertise and successful projects.
  • Experience leading projects and/or teams to deliver creative work.
  • Understanding of great customer experience (CX) and the role of content in shaping propositions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
  • Effective multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Technically skilled writer with a knack for language, capable of crafting compelling narratives.
  • Guardian and advocate for our voice and tone.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and willingness to learn about finance.
  • Team player who seeks opportunities to add value and make an impact.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English Language, English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
  • Significant writing experience in a marketing or creative role.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with stakeholders.
