The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Influencer & Culture Marketing Manager with a proven track record of creating and executing large-scale influencer and culture marketing programs. 

This role is for a strategic leader who is passionate about the intersection of technology, culture, and influencer marketing. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that leverage influencers and cultural trends to elevate our brand and drive awareness, engagement and revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable influencer marketing programs to drive measurable business results in the UK & Ireland
  • Strategically identify and engage with high-impact influencers, artists, and brands that align with our brand and target audience
  • Design and execute culturally relevant campaigns and events that generate engagement, increase brand affinity, and support conversions
  • Track and analyse program performance through key metrics like CPM, ROI, EMV, and engagement, continuously optimising to maximise ROI and impact
  • Act as a brand ambassador in cultural spaces, building relationships with key figures and communities to elevate the brand's presence and relevance
  • Work closely with the global team to create a playbook in the UK&I that can be replicated and scaled in other regions
  • Manage commercial discussions with influencers ensuring we always get favourable contract terms and usage rights
  • Lead and develop influencer and culture marketing in the UK region, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in influencer and culture marketing, with a track record of scaling programs for measurable ROI
  • A good understanding of data analysis and marketing analytics, with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Deep knowledge of pop culture, internet culture, and social media trends, with a strategic mindset for influencing audience behaviour
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly within the influencer and cultural sectors
  • Results-driven, with a clear focus on achieving KPIs to drive business outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
