Howden is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to deliver comprehensive global Workday support across our business. The successful person will bring with them the prior experience of embedding Workday and will have experience of working in fast-paced, highly commercial and entrepreneurial environments. Additionally, you will have experience of delivering beyond the day to day and working with the HR Leaders and other Centres of Expertise to deliver wider HR strategic initiatives and priorities.

Please note this is a full-time, permanent role based in our central London office. The expectation is to be onsite 2-3 days per week on average.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess requirements, perform impact assessments, design and build technical solutions to fulfil business requirements and promote the best possible user experience in Workday

  • Support the HRIS Manager in key strategic projects and module deployments

  • Support the rollout and adoption of Workday

  • Work with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes

  • Work with the HR Team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes

  • Manage the ongoing maintenance of the HR foundation and organization structure in Workday

  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the business

  • Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems

  • Support on Workday system changes and upgrades including the bi-annual Workday releases

  • Support on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems

  • Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB’s

  • Support training and engagement to ensure our key stakeholders are fully utilizing Workday

Role Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, where you would have gained solid experience in Workday modules, including HCM, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation & Time Tracking.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills (employees, management, HR Leaders, and Heads Of).

  • Experience of facilitating training on Workday would also be advantageous.
