Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our UK HR team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to various HR functions and make a meaningful impact on our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
  • New Starter Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management. Accurately process job changes, promotions, and changes of terms. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Coordinate on-site engagement activities to foster and grow our ‘Great Place to Work’. Work with our employee resource groups to plan our annual calendar of events.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops to support employee development and growth. Assist in identifying training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • HR Projects: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and improving employee engagement.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist with employee lifecycle management, including coordinating exit interviews and exit data.
  • Data and Analytics: Use employee data and analytics to drive insights for the HR team to enable business performance.

Experience you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field/equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
