Here at Bromford Flagship LiveWest, we're looking for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to provide efficient, accurate, and values-led support to our HR team. Working closely with HR Business Partners and Assistant HR Business Partners, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting employee relations activity, maintaining HR records, and helping create a positive colleague experience across the organisation.

Location: Negotiable across BFL locations including Tewkesbury, Norwich, and Exeter
Hours: Full Time
Contract: We are recruiting for 2 positions: 1 Permanent and 1 FTC until August 2027

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As HR Assistant, you will:

  • provide first-line administrative support to HR Business Partners and Assistant HR Business Partners.

  • act as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for HR queries from colleagues, managers, and candidates.

  • support employee relations cases, including preparing documentation and taking meeting minutes.

  • maintain accurate HR records, systems, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality at all times.

  • produce HR reports and support the management of HR data.

  • work closely with recruitment, payroll, benefits, and colleague lifecycle teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • identify opportunities to improve HR processes and share recommendations with the wider HR team.

  • help ensure HR processes are easy to navigate and deliver a positive experience for colleagues across the business.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
  • experience in an administrative, people support, or HR support role.

  • strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • experience maintaining accurate records and working with HR or business systems.

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • experience delivering a customer-focused service and responding to queries professionally.

  • ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
