About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of User Experience (UX) to lead the design strategy and execution for our enterprise marketing application portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring a delightful, seamless, and user-friendly experience across our suite of products, driving user engagement and business value.

As the Head of UX, you will shape the future of our user experience, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create intuitive interfaces and data-driven design solutions. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing UX team while fostering a culture of innovation and user-centric design!

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and drive the UX vision and strategy across our enterprise marketing applications.

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles while aligning UX priorities with business goals.

  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create cohesive and scalable design systems.

User Experience & Design Excellence

  • Lead the design and implementation of intuitive, data-driven user experiences.

  • Oversee end-to-end UX processes, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

  • Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across applications.

  • Drive innovation, follow UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. And incorporate in Kantar product plans as appropriate.

  • Collaborate with Product Development staff to optimize product functionality on new and existing products

User Research & Data-Driven Insights

  • Drive user research initiatives, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance usability.

  • Collaborate with analytics and product teams to measure UX effectiveness and iterate based on user feedback.

  • Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusivity in all UX efforts.

  • Ensuring designs comply with international standards and regulations.

Team Building & Mentorship

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing UX design team.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring UX remains at the forefront of product development.

  • Advocate for best practices in UX, usability, and accessibility across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience designing enterprise applications, ideally in the marketing, SaaS, or B2B space. Submitting a portfolio is beneficial.

  • Strong expertise in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.

  • Proficiency in Figma or similar UX design tools.

  • Experience working in agile product development environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate

  • design rationale effectively.

  • Passion for user-centered design and accessibility best practices.

  • Experience building and managing high-performing UX teams.

  • Expertise in Data Visualization and Analytics Dashboards is a plus.

  • Experience with designs of Gen AI applications is a big plus
