Our Mission

At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.

We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.

It's a $7B+ untapped market, and our traction reflects the scale of the opportunity: we’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe.

Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.

What we're looking for

We’re hiring a GTM Lead to own revenue targets and scale our business. This is a rare, high-ownership role for someone who wants master selling to enterprise accounts and accelerate into a commercial leadership role within 12 months.

This is not a pure strategy role, this is a sales role. You don’t need a B2B SaaS background, but you do need to be commercially sharp, relentlessly curious, and excited to operate like a founder.

We believe in talent density. It took us over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans. You’ll be working with operators from places like McKinsey, JPMorgan, Meta, YC and high-growth startups. You'll work with people like Max, Chris, David, and Giulia.

What Can You Expect?
  • Own the full deal cycle — learn how to run enterprise sales deals like a pro. Prospect, run discovery, manage stakeholders, and close. Own the revenue target and your territory.

  • Build your pipeline from scratch — multi-channel outbound, strategic account targeting, and C-suite relationship building across mid-market and enterprise businesses (500 to 8,000+ employees)

  • Run executive/leadership events — coordinate and host dinners, roundtables, and CFO leadership series to deepen relationships with senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles.

  • Shape GTM strategy — you'll experiment with messaging and outbound approaches to help create sales playbooks that are scalable, feeding what you learn directly back into your squad and wider commercial team.

  • Grow into commercial leadership — this role is designed as a launchpad. Hit your number and you're on a direct path to owning increasing revenue responsibility - being the engine for our revenue growth.

About You
  • 4+ years of experience in a high calibre environment — banking, trading, consulting, a high-growth scale-up, VC, or similar. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required. If you have 3+ years experience closing enterprise deals, check out our Enterprise Account Executive role.

  • You're deeply ambitious — you hate losing and find a way to win. You've probably been this way your whole life, whether in sport, academia, or your career. Targets energise you rather than stress you out.

  • You have gravitas — you can hold a room with a CFO and still be the most personable person in the conversation. Senior executives take you seriously from the first interaction.

  • You're technically curious — you get under the hood of products and customer problems without needing a sales engineer on every call. You can connect the dots between a prospect's technical landscape and a business outcome.

  • You're scrappy and entrepreneurial — you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and don't wait for permission. You're comfortable figuring things out without a playbook and you bring energy and resourcefulness to every situation.

Interview process
  1. Initial screen (30 mins)

  2. Interview with sales team (30-45 mins)

  3. Take home challenge + interview (60 mins)

  4. Final round in person (2 x 60 mins)

This role is a 50/50 base and variable split

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
