  • Strategic Development: Develop and execute comprehensive partnering strategies, including negotiating partnership models, developing joint value propositions, and creating innovative GTM initiatives.

  • Enable and Activate: Drive superior partner enablement by educating GSIs on Camunda’s value proposition, ensuring they are expertly equipped to identify, position, and execute on potential Camunda projects.

  • Drive Pipeline and Influence: Generate partner-sourced pipeline through targeted new business initiatives and marketing campaigns, while also implementing programmatic approaches to build field-level relationships and secure GSI advocacy in critical deals.

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

  • Proven experience building and scaling a technology practice with Tier 1 Global Systems Integrators (e.g., those Camunda already partners with or similar caliber) in the EMEA region.

  • Deep industry experience and strong business acumen in the automation and orchestration space.

  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, network effectively, and navigate complex, matrixed GSI environments.

  • Strong partner enablement skills, capable of designing and executing effective sales and technical training programs.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working directly with or for a Global Systems Integrator.

  • Demonstrated autonomy in achieving desired results with multiple stakeholders and a high degree of ambiguity.
