Lead technical pre-sales engagements for strategic enterprise accounts: design solution architectures, run end-to-end POCs, deliver technical demos to stakeholders, create adoption roadmaps, and partner with sales, product, and engineering to drive customer value and product feedback.

Manage inbound leads and maintain Salesforce hygiene for the DACH territory; build and prioritize target account lists; generate outbound opportunities; qualify prospects for enterprise interest and coordinate handoffs with Account Executives. Contribute ideas to improve the ADR process and use the company product as needed.

Partner with Account Executives to lead pre-sales technical engagements: map customer requirements to Camunda, build demos and POCs, answer product technical questions, support RFIs/RFPs, implement code snippets, and drive evaluations to close deals.

Serve as primary technical advisor for enterprise customers, drive technical adoption plans, deliver hands-on guidance, perform health checks and escalations, liaise across product/engineering/sales, and spend on-site time (up to 50%) to accelerate outcomes and manage public-sector accounts requiring security clearance.
