Act as trusted advisor for enterprise customers in UKI, drive retention and expansion through success plans, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and value-based account management.

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing customer journey programs, maintaining voice of the customer practices, and managing cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction in a digital-first environment.
