If you love solving complex growth challenges, pushing creative boundaries, and uncovering what really moves the needle, this is one of the most exciting opportunities in the team.
What will I be doing?
1. Lead Cross‑Channel Growth Strategy & Testing
Design and run structured experiments across Paid Social, Affiliate, and emerging channels (including PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest) to prove incrementality and unlock scalable growth opportunities.
Partner with Full Funnel teams to identify, validate, and scale new growth levers that drive incremental customer acquisition and commercial value.
Build channel plans that translate commercial goals into targeted, measurable activity.
2. Own Hands‑On Activation & Performance Delivery
Manage in‑platform execution across Meta and TikTok, optimising audiences, creative, formats, and measurement approaches (including conversion lift studies).
Work closely with agency partners and internal teams to ensure aligned strategy, high-quality execution, and continuous optimisation.
3. Drive Creative Excellence
Develop, refine, and optimise creative templates grounded in audience insights and platform behaviours.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing, social-first assets that maximise engagement and conversion.
4. Unlock New Affiliate Growth
Identify and explore new affiliate partners beyond traditional comparison sites, designing performance-based test programmes that uncover incremental opportunities.
5. Shape the Channel Roadmap & Share Insight
Feed into long-term channel strategy, innovation roadmaps, and future investment recommendations.
Document findings, codify procedure, and share insight across teams to uplift capability and drive consistent performance.
What you’ll need
At least 5 years direct experience (preferred) managing multi-million pound budgets across paid social
Advanced paid social expertise, especially across Meta and TikTok - including audience strategy, creative optimisation, and advanced measurement (e.g., conversion lift, incrementality testing).
A strong creative eye, with the ability to guide and optimise assets for different audiences, formats, and funnel stages.
Performance marketing experience, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, uncover insights, and drive measurable commercial results.
Cross‑channel curiosity and versatility, with enthusiasm for testing channels like PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and exploring new affiliate partnerships – to ensure marketing plans are outcome-first (rather than channel-siloed).
A proactive, growth-focused attitude, comfortable in ambiguity, energised by experimentation, and motivated by uncovering new scalable opportunities.
