This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building scalable marketing engines that deliver measurable results.

What you will do

  • Define and own the global growth marketing strategy, aligning closely with revenue targets for both software and hardware
  • Lead a high-performing international growth marketing team, providing strategic direction, campaign ideas and sales collaboration
  • Design, optimise and launch scalable, multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, ABM, social, email, events, and partnerships to drive demand and customer acquisition
  • Own the marketing funnel for EMEA and APAC, driving full-funnel strategy from awareness through conversion and retention
  • Partner with US Campaign Manager to align on a global strategy that is tailored to each region
  • Work closely with Sales and Head of Business Development to align marketing campaigns to pipeline goals, enabling strong lead quality, handoff, and feedback loops
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Data to track performance metrics, optimise for CAC, LTV, ROI, and deliver regular reporting
  • Oversee strategy for lead nurturing, marketing automation, and scoring systems to deliver personalised customer journeys
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to build value-driven messaging for different buyer personas across target verticals
  • Leverage experimentation and A/B testing across campaigns, messaging, and channels to optimise conversion rates
  • Own the growth marketing budget (circa £600K) for EMEA and APAC and allocate investment across regional marketing activities for maximum impact
  • Stay on top of industry trends, emerging tools, and new demand generation tactics to ensure we remain ahead of the curve

Experience

  • 5+ years proven experience in a senior growth or demand generation marketing role in a B2B company
  • Industry experience in either SaaS OR technology OR immersive entertainment experiences OR Live Concert/Touring
  • Experience managing the full marketing funnel, with a strong focus on identifying and addressing funnel leaks
  • Hands-on experience with modern digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, ABM, programmatic)
  • Experience building and scaling marketing campaigns globally, with knowledge of regional nuances across EMEA, APAC a bonus
  • Experience managing 6 figure marketing budgets
  • Experience managing remote teams of at least 1 person
  • Experience working with marketing and CRM tech stacks (such as Pardot or equivalent)
  • Experience measuring and tracking SaaS marketing and metrics including CAC, LTV, MRR/ARR, churn, etc.

Behaviours and values

  • High level of attention to detail: able to keep reports and documentation up to date
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Dependable: being both a team player and autonomous agent to drive results
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, across global timezones
