At Peak21, we specialize in acquiring large direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across the United States, Europe, and Asia, in addition to incubating our own. With a portfolio of D2C brands generating $200 million in sales, all bootstrapped and profitable, we are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the D2C sector. 

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join one of our portfolio brands which is a well-known 100 million dollar brand in the D2C space. 

The role:

The mission of the Growth Marketing Manager is to drive our e-commerce revenue initiatives and grow the business. You will be responsible for e-commerce revenue, customer acquisition and our website conversion rate. The kind of person who will excel in this role has strong quantitative and problem solving skills, good intuition when it comes to merchandising, and a proven ability to effectively lead a team.

The position is full-time in London.

What our Growth Marketing Manager will do:

  • Create, develop & implement effective paid advertising strategies
  • Execute & optimize many PPC campaigns simultaneously
  • Oversee campaigns across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing) and paid marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Track daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Report KPI's to management on a regular basis through various dashboards
  • Stay current with PPC & SEM trend and techniques
  • Stay current with paid advertising techniques and content trends
  • Provide briefs to other team members to create relevant content (copy and media) for paid advertising
  • Manage budget allocation across paid marketing channels
  • Ideate ways we can improve conversion rate on our website
  • Manage outside agency to ensure we are constantly A/B testing website elements

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience working in D2C digital marketing.

  • You have a genuine interest in D2C e-commerce and keep up with the latest trends
  • You have strong analytical skills (we prefer people who have studied engineering, economics, finance or a related field) 
  • You speak fluent English
  • You are able to connect the qualitative (content of an ad) with the quantitative (results). 
  • You are hands-on and have a "can-do" attitude
  • You are coachable
  • You have empathy and are able to work well with others, and manage a team effectively
  • You thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture
  • You have experience with paid advertising platforms, e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Bing
  • You have knowledge of Google Analytics and similar tools
