Referral Growth Marketing Manager will lead the design, execution, and scaling of our refer a friend program. This person will reverse-engineer the best referral programs globally, combining technical know-how, UX excellence, compelling offers, and innovative marketing strategies to make referrals a core driver of Zopa’s customer acquisition growth working closely with AppX, Design, product and owned growth teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Own, manage and optimise the performance of Zopa's Refer-a-friend scheme across all products 
  • Conduct deep analysis of user cohorts to identify key triggers and products that drive successful referrals and high engagement 
  • Plan, implement, and analyse A/B tests to evaluate the impact of the Refer-a-friend channel against KPIs 
  • Data modelling, forecasting and analysis of our refer-a-friend channel 
  • Partner with product, marketing, and creative teams to ensure that refer-a-friend campaigns strategies align with overall business goals 

What we're looking for:

  • You have proven experience in growth marketing, product management, or a similar role, with a focus on referral programs or customer acquisition. 
  • You have solid skills in data analysis to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and understand customer behaviors 
  • You're impact-driven, thrive on challenges, and have a proactive, self-starter mindset 
  • You collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing) to translate business needs into actionable solutions 
  • You have a genuine interest in understanding different user cohorts and shaping their product experience in a positive way 
  • Experience in Fintech, B2C digital businesses, or fast-paced scale-up environments is a plus, but not required
