What We’re Looking For

You’re a data-driven marketer who knows how to turn strategy into pipeline. You have a track record of designing and executing campaigns that not only build brand awareness but drive qualified leads and measurable revenue impact. You thrive in fast-moving environments, love testing new ideas, and get a thrill from seeing the numbers climb.

You're someone who:

  • Has experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, climate tech, or a similarly complex industry.
  • Understands the full B2B funnel and how to optimise each stage.
  • Is skilled at building integrated campaigns across channels such as email, paid, organic, webinars, and events.
  • Has experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and knows how to tailor campaigns for high-value target accounts.
  • Enjoys working cross-functionally, aligning teams across product, sales, and marketing.
  • Is analytical and always digging into performance data to optimise and iterate.
Specific Responsibilities IncludeCampaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Own campaign planning from ideation to execution across email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, and events.
  • Plan and launch tailored ABM campaigns for priority accounts, collaborating closely with sales to personalise outreach and messaging.
Lead Management & Funnel Optimisation
  • Define and refine lead scoring and routing processes in partnership with sales and RevOps.
  • Optimise conversion across key touchpoints through ongoing testing.
  • Monitor and improve MQL to SQL conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and funnel metrics, reporting on these to key internal stakeholders.
Marketing Automation
  • Own the marketing automation platform (we use HubSpot) and ensure campaigns are set up for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to ensure CRM data hygiene and accurate attribution.
  • Implement and maintain campaign tracking to measure ROI across all digital channels and initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales to align on campaign goals, share ABM insights, and provide enablement materials.
  • Partner with product marketing to ensure messaging is aligned across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to plan and distribute high-impact content throughout the funnel.
 What Success Looks Like
  • Growth in MQLs, SQLs, and marketing influenced pipeline.
  • Demonstrable ROI on paid, organic, and ABM campaigns.
  • High engagement and conversion from key target accounts.
  • A well-oiled marketing tech stack with accurate data and reporting.
