We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer to join a fast growing direct-to-consumer subscription business operating within the health and wellness sector. This is a hands-on opportunity for a designer who sees creative as more than aesthetics. You’ll be creating work that helps people pay attention, understand, trust and take action.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, growth, CRM and external creative partners turning customer insight, scientific evidence and commercial objectives into distinctive, effective creative.

A major part of the role will be developing, testing and refining creative based on what actually performs.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging static and video creative for paid channels, particularly Meta and Google.
  • Turn customer insights, briefs and performance data into effective creative concepts and variations.
  • Design landing pages, websites and digital customer journeys with conversion in mind.
  • Develop creative for campaigns, launches, partnerships, PR, social, email, events and retail.
  • Create CRM and lifecycle communications covering onboarding, engagement, retention and win-back.
  • Evolve and maintain a consistent, high-quality visual brand across channels.
  • Build reusable templates, creative systems and asset libraries to improve production efficiency.
  • Review creative performance and use insights to test, iterate and improve future work.
  • Manage projects from brief through to final delivery, working with internal teams, agencies and external creatives.
  • Use AI and emerging creative tools to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining creative quality.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, retention and lifecycle performance metrics
  • Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure all customer communications remain accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with growth, creative and product teams to improve customer outcomes and commercial performance

Key Requirements:

  • Proven design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating digital and commercially focused work.
  • Excellent digital design skills.
  • Experience creating performance marketing creative
  • Strong Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • An understanding of UX, responsive design and conversion
  • Experience across social, CRM and broader campaigns
  • A strong eye for detail and craft
  • The ability to work quickly and iterate based on feedback
  • A commercially curious mindset you want to know why creative works.

In return we are offering:

  •  Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, depending on skills and experience
  • Hybrid working with a Central London office location
  • 25 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays
  • The chance to be a key contributor in a small, ambitious, and highly collaborative team

You’ll have genuine ownership over creative, direct access to senior decision-makers, and the opportunity to help shape a growing brand. Your work will have a clear, visible impact on commercial performance, while giving you the chance to work at the intersection of science, health, creativity and customer experience.
