Midweight Designer

We are seeking a Midweight Designer to join our global Creative Studio team, where innovation knows no borders. This team shapes how the Sabre brand shows up across markets, connecting creative vision with business strategy to captivate global audiences. As Midweight Designer, you will turn complex briefs into compelling visual stories across digital, social, events and print channels. You will safeguard and evolve brand standards while exploring creative possibilities that elevate our visual presence. This role requires sharp design instincts, creative initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.

What you'll do

  • Develop and deliver creative concepts across digital, social, events, presentations and print channels.

  • Transform briefs into clear layouts and final artwork that raise the creative bar.

  • Challenge legacy visual approaches to shape and evolve how the brand shows up globally.

  • Partner with marketing teams and creative peers to deliver impactful work on schedule.

  • Use generative AI tools and smart workflow automation to speed up asset creation and scale design execution.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design across digital and print formats in a creative agency or corporate team environment.

  • Proven track record of turning briefs into clear visual stories using typography, composition and imagery.

  • Practical experience using generative AI or automation tools to accelerate design workflows and creative exploration.

  • Demonstrated ability to work within brand systems while pushing creative boundaries appropriately.

  • Strong communication skills to present design concepts and collaborate effectively across teams.
