About this opportunity
Have you ever thought about a career as professional sales with global vision? While starting from Ericsson's "Future Star" Account Manager Trainee Program, will lead you to realize your dream. Rotating through different teams, you'll get exposure to working in a wide variety of sales teams which will give you a phenomenal insight into the operational process of sales in a large, international company. You'll be very immersed in the sales process from the beginning. It's challenging, it's diverse and it's exciting.
If you are a recent graduate with Bachelor degree or above who has good team work mentality, leadership abilities and good problem solving as well as communication skills, we offer you the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds in the industry and work on projects that are changing the world of communication.
Ericsson Future Star Account Manager Trainee position provides you:
  1. Systematic orientation and onboarding training program.
  2. Well-designed rotation plan.

  5. Working and learning platform on an international scale.

What you will do
  1. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to sell efficient and effective end to end solutions and allowing seamless transition from sales to operations.
  2. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful.

You will bring
  1. New graduate with bachelor's degree or above with background in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, and other related majors; overseas education experience is a plus.
  2. Excellent capability of communication skills and presenting skills both in English and Mandarin.
  3. Ambition, willing to work in cross-cultural company, capable of influencing, challenging, and leading within a brand-new business.
  4. Strong analytical skills, highly customer focused.
  5. Passionate and being a fast learner.
  6. Willingness to relocate and travel.
