What you'll do for us

• Prepare balance sheets, profit-and-loss accounts, and annual reports in line with Dutch GAAP or IFRS standards.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping, monitor transactions, and manage payment processes while ensuring timely filings and registrations with relevant authorities (Chamber of Commerce, Tax Authorities, Dutch Central Bank).
• Keep client entity records up to date and ensure compliance with local and international legislation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including advisors and authorities.
• Contribute to our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services.
• Act as a gatekeeper to safeguard the financial system and ensure compliance with WFT ("Wet Financieel Toezicht") regulations.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the trust sector, financial services, or accounting firms.
• Strong financial knowledge of accounting systems, bookkeeping, balance sheets, and financial reporting.
• An organized and structured approach to work.
• Experience in client service delivery.
• A team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
