As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Field Sales Director to join our French team. The position is based in our Paris office (3 days a week)
Role Purpose
The Field Sales Director is responsible for leading and transforming SharkNinja's indirect field sales organization across the region, operated through an external agency model. This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on commercial influence to elevate execution standards in retail, strengthen partnerships with key accounts, and accelerate sales performance. You will build, empower, and inspire a large remote field force - driving productivity, visibility, and excellence at every consumer touchpoint.
What You'll Do:
Leadership & Team Management
  • Build, drive, and motivate a diverse remote field sales team (via an external agency)
  • Establish a high-performance culture based on accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach senior agency leaders to strengthen capability and elevate in-store execution standards.
  • Ensure all teams represent SharkNinja's brands with excellence, consistency, and passion.

Territory Strategy & Commercial Framework
  • Design and implement a new territory & account framework to optimize coverage, long-term growth potential, and priority alignment with SharkNinja's business plan.
  • Reassess resource allocation and propose data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and retail impact.
  • Build standardized processes and commercial guidelines for the field to ensure consistent execution across markets.
  • Governance, KPIs & Sales Performance
  • Create and drive a new governance model including redefined KPIs, team objectives, and performance tracking.
  • Develop weekly dashboards to monitor activity, productivity, and sell-out performance - identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze performance trends and proactively recommend strategic adjustments to accelerate market share growth.
  • Cross-functional & Executive Collaboration
  • Lead local, central, and worldwide business reviews to share field intelligence, performance updates, and actionable insights.
  • Partner closely with Sales Director, Account Manager, Trade & Marketing, to ensure alignment on execution priorities.
  • Act as the voice of the field team internally and ensure consumer/retailer insights influence central decision-making.

Retailer & Partner Engagement
  • Develop deep, long-term relationships with stakeholders across key retail accounts (from individual contributors to C-Suite).
  • Influence purchase decisions by showcasing field execution excellence, category expertise, and consumer insights.
  • Strengthen collaboration with distributor partners where relevant, ensuring consistent execution and brand standards worldwide.

Operational Excellence & Innovation
  • Champion new ways of working, tools, and technologies to elevate field productivity (CRM, data analytics).
  • Lead pilots and rollout of innovative engagement programs to enhance consumer experience in stores and at events.
  • Ensure compliance with all SharkNinja standards, retail partner guidelines, and agency contractual commitments.

What You'll bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in Field Sales, Retail Execution, or Commercial Leadership, ideally in consumer electronics, small domestic appliances, or FMCG.
  • Proven experience leading large, remote, and/or indirect teams (agency or outsourced model is a strong plus).
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into clear actions.
  • Fluent in French & English.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure governance, KPIs, and incentive frameworks that drive tangible results.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with internal and external partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for operational excellence and innovative thinking
