What You’ll Achieve

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team at Boomi. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing EMEA, you will:

  • Design and Execute Local Activities: Work with local sales leaders to drive revenue growth in the UKI through tailored marketing initiatives. This includes organizing and executing events that engage C-level executives and key personas, fostering meaningful engagement and pipeline progression.

  • Elevate Brand Awareness: Deliver consistent messaging and high-impact campaigns to enhance Boomi’s reputation 

  • Drive Customer Engagement: Support customer retention and upsell opportunities through targeted campaigns, user groups, and customer advocacy programs.

  • Optimize Campaign Performance: Track key metrics such as lead conversion, pipeline acceleration, and ROI, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and maximize effectiveness.

  • Collaboration Across Teams: 

    • Work with global marketing teams to localize campaigns and adapt content to regional needs

    • Align closely with the sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support pipeline generation and revenue goals.

    • Collaborate with customer success teams to identify and promote customer success stories and advocacy efforts.

  • Strengthen Partner Relationships: Build strong connections with local partners, including systems integrators, to co-create and execute joint marketing programs.

  • Showcase Expertise: Use events to highlight Boomi's thought leadership and solutions.

  • Contribute to Strategy and Reporting: Provide actionable insights to inform regional marketing strategies and track performance to identify opportunities for improvement.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with local sales leadership to develop, implement and execute go-to-market plans for the UKI markets.

  • Organize and execute local events and activities, including trade shows, industry or third-party events, C-level engagements, virtual events, and workshops, to drive demand and pipeline progression. 

  • Localize global campaigns, execute targeted marketing initiatives, and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies (1:Few) to generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Manage local partner marketing efforts, including engagement with local SIs and coordinating partner marketing plans across the UKI region.

  • Align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue objectives.

  • Analyze campaign performance to meet new logo and customer expansion targets.

  • Support the creation and promotion of local customer references.


Essential Requirements: 

  • Educated to degree level or similar with strong commercial acumen.

  • 2-5 years of Field Marketing experience in B2B tech, ideally with a SaaS or Enterprise Software vendor.

  • Regional experience in the UKI market.

  • Proven track record in event planning, campaign execution, and ABM strategies.

  • Demonstrated success in demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical skills, including event ROI measurement and data-driven decision-making.

  • Self-starter with excellent event management and project ownership skills.

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools such as SalesForce, Marketo, or similar, adept in closed-loop lead management and reporting.

  • Skilled in budget management and resource allocation.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
