What You'll Do
This is a full time position is based in London (Battersea Power Station, hybrid - 3 days a week), with an expectation of up to 30% travel around the UK/EU, as well as Latin America.

  • Lead and execute the Global Ninja Recipe Strategy for EMEA/LATAM, aligning with product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Oversee recipe development across multiple platforms, including in-box recipe books, brand partnerships, and digital/social content.
  • Manage and mentor a team of chefs and recipe developers, ensuring impactful execution of recipe strategies.
  • Act as a culinary subject matter expert, driving innovation and ensuring recipes highlight key product benefits.
  • Conduct competitor product testing and collaborate with global teams to provide real-time insights throughout product development.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in culinary, marketing, or management, with a background in product-driven recipe development.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinology, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience hiring, mentoring, and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across UK/EU and Latin America.
