10:10 Games is an independent development studio based in the heart of Warrington, UK. 10:10 Games saw its first release in 2024 with Funko Fusion and is now gearing up for future growth with new and exciting IPs.

About The Role

We are looking for an Executive Producer to oversee a large development team and drive the successful delivery of large-scale, console and PC AA/AAA game projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the production organisation across the studio
  • Build a high-performance production culture
  • Develop realistic production schedules and delivery plans
  • Manage risks, dependencies and milestone delivery
  • Partner closely with creative, engineering and studio leadership
  • Manage relationships with publishers, licensors and external partners
  • Communicate clearly with executives and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in game production or development leadership
  • Led production on large teams (50+ developers)
  • Shipped multiple AA/AAA titles in a senior production leadership role
  • Extensive experience managing complex, multi-year development programmes
  • Deep understanding of game development pipelines across Design, Engineering, Art and QA
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira (or equivalent) for production planning, reporting and workflow
  • Strong experience with Agile, Scrum and hybrid production methodologies
  • A great collaborative leader who is pragmatic and calm under pressure
