Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will proactively support 4 Key leaders that report to the group Chief Operating Officer (COO), managing day-to-day operations and business initiatives with professionalism and confidentiality. You will play a key role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth administrative and secretarial functions.

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the the Senior Leadership team under the COO.
  • Manage priorities, track commitments.
  • Plan and organise meetings, conferences, and events, including budget and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain documentation.
  • Support internal communications and prepare meeting materials.
  • Oversee complex diary scheduling and manage international travel arrangements.
  • Draft and adapt letters, reports, presentations, and emails.
  • Coordinate with other PAs/EAs and process expense claims and requests.
  • Optimize financial controls and act as a contact point for information requests.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as required including raising of purchase orders

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive support or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (inc powerpoint) and travel arrangements.
