Executive Assistant | PIB Group | Minimum 4 Days On-Site

At PIB Group, we've built something special, a fast-paced, people-first insurance business where relationships matter and no two days look the same. To keep our senior leadership running at their best, we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join us.

This is a role for someone who thrives behind the scenes but makes an enormous impact. You'll be the trusted partner to two C-Suite executives, with ad hoc support to two further senior leaders, someone who brings calm to complexity and solutions to the unexpected.

What your days will look like:

You'll own complex diary management across multiple senior leaders, juggling competing priorities with confidence and good judgement. Travel coordination will be a big part of your world from intricate multi-leg itineraries to last-minute changes that need handling without fuss. You'll organise and circulate board packs with precision and care, manage sensitive information with absolute discretion, and be the kind of person your leaders can genuinely rely on.

This isn't a role where you clock in and wait to be told what to do. You'll anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and bring a calm, professional presence to everything you do.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven EA experience supporting at C-Suite level
  • Outstanding diary and travel management skills
  • Comfortable with last-minute changes and shifting priorities
  • Experience preparing and managing board packs
  • Discreet, trustworthy and professional to your core
  • Based within commuting distance this role is on-site a minimum of 4 days per week
