The Senior CDM Principal Designer/CDM Advisor evaluates health and safety risks in designs, conducts inspections, and ensures compliance with CDM regulations, while supporting and developing team knowledge.

Provide on-site health & safety consultancy across automotive, manufacturing, haulage and retail sectors. Produce and review risk assessments, audits, inspections, accident investigations, integrate/use xCenta H&S system, deliver technical support, and represent clients with regulators and insurers. Regular travel and some overnight stays required.

The Operations Manager will support daily operations at Acquinex and Litica, improve workflows, manage systems, and lead operational changes.
