Lead Group technical accounting: maintain policies (IFRS/UK GAAP), prepare technical papers, manage EIR models, acquisition accounting, restructurings, FX and hedge accounting, share‑based payments, IFRS16/18 implementation, statutory statement review, auditor liaison, and strengthen controls and documentation across multi‑entity group finance.

Support creation of high-quality pitches, RFPs, proposals and sales materials for the Specialty division. Maintain a library of bid responses and case studies, translate technical content into clear commercial messaging, design on-brand documents/presentations, and collaborate with sales, marketing and SMEs to meet deadlines and improve sales enablement.

Support first-line Compliance by performing horizon scanning, sanctions screening, control design for Consumer Duty and product governance, delivering monthly Compliance MI and regulatory reports, and logging/managing breaches, complaints and errors with root-cause investigation.

Hands-on delivery of multi-channel digital marketing across PIB brands: build and optimise email campaigns and automated journeys, develop and QA websites and landing pages, manage paid search and social, implement on-page and technical SEO, use GA4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting, and apply approved AI tools responsibly to improve digital delivery and lead generation.

The Compliance Manager oversees compliance processes within an MGA, providing operational support, regulatory advice, and conducting monitoring activities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
