Lead Group technical accounting: maintain policies (IFRS/UK GAAP), prepare technical papers, manage EIR models, acquisition accounting, restructurings, FX and hedge accounting, share‑based payments, IFRS16/18 implementation, statutory statement review, auditor liaison, and strengthen controls and documentation across multi‑entity group finance.

Support creation of high-quality pitches, RFPs, proposals and sales materials for the Specialty division. Maintain a library of bid responses and case studies, translate technical content into clear commercial messaging, design on-brand documents/presentations, and collaborate with sales, marketing and SMEs to meet deadlines and improve sales enablement.

Support first-line Compliance by performing horizon scanning, sanctions screening, control design for Consumer Duty and product governance, delivering monthly Compliance MI and regulatory reports, and logging/managing breaches, complaints and errors with root-cause investigation.
