Provide renewal consulting, rate reviews, proactive account management, client communications, presentations, and advice. Build client and provider relationships, identify retention and cross-selling opportunities, coordinate administrative support, and ensure timely query resolution. Maintain regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, competency, and quality through peer reviews and continuing professional development.
