Role Purpose

This role is designed to partner with the EA to the CEO in delivering high-quality administrative and coordination support across the Executive Team. You will play a key role in enabling smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with calendar coordination, travel logistics, and off-site planning, while supporting broader team planning and projects.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, with a focus on improving efficiency, consistency, and ways of working across the leadership team.
What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

  • Support the coordination of executive calendars, helping to optimise scheduling across the Exec Team and ensure alignment, visibility, and efficient use of time.

  • Coordinate team off-sites and group activities managing logistics end-to-end to ensure smooth and well-executed events.

  • Prepare high-quality meeting materials, including agendas, pre-reads, and follow-ups, to improve effectiveness and accountability across executive and leadership meetings.

  • Manage travel logistics across the Exec Team, ensuring seamless planning and detailed itineraries, while coordinating closely with executives on preferences and requirements.

  • Drive improvements in administrative processes and workflows, helping to increase efficiency, consistency, and communication across the leadership team.

  • Operating calendar Work with EA to CEO to build out and manage an operating calendar for the Executive Team and wider business

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in administrative, coordination, and executive support roles.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in common productivity tools.
