In this impactful role, you will drive structure, enable collaboration, and support initiatives that shape the digital future of Global Supply Chain Operations.
Core ResponsibilitiesAs Executive Assistant, you will enable the VP and his direct reports to operate effectively by providing proactive, high-quality administrative and operational support. You will act as a structured, trusted partner, managing schedules, coordinating communications, planning events, supporting team activities, and anticipating needs, whilst helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient execution of strategic priorities. More specifically, you will:
Provide high-level administrative support to the VP, while proactively supporting daily management duties e.g. calendar management, reporting, etc.
Anticipate needs and propose solutions to avoid scheduling issues, workload bottlenecks, or communication gaps.
Organise end-to-end travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and visa requirements.
Manage the Digital Growth & Enablement Leadership Team’s meeting agenda and summaries, while capturing actions and following up on tasks accordingly.
Steer the annual calendar for the VP and Leadership Team (Town halls, regular meetings, seminars, etc.) and support them through ad hoc project coordination.
Support Global Core Processes (people, finance and communication plans)
Contribute to strengthening collaboration and stakeholder management towards relevant stakeholders, while representing the VP with professionalism and discretion.
Provide detailed planning and coordination of meetings, workshops, seminars and events.
Support the onboarding process for new team members and help foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
Arrange London-based social activities and team gatherings.
The Digital Growth & Enablement organisation is responsible for driving the digital agenda from within Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO). With teams located in London and Billund, the organisation plays a vital role in delivering digitally enabled value to our global colleagues.

Do you have what it takes?The ideal candidate has extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Enabler, or equivalent. You bring proven experience in supporting senior leadership with independently managing complex administrative tasks, prioritising conflicting demands and navigating shifting priorities by demonstrating strong flexibility, structure, and sharp attention to details. Moreover, you bring:
High level of service, problem-solving and judgement skills, enabling you to make sound recommendations to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, while navigating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Financial know-how, including budget management.
Proven event planning and coordination skills.
Experience using Microsoft products, IT platforms and apps.
Strong skills in creating presentation materials.
Exceptional English communication skills – both written and verbal.
A structured, trustworthy, proactive and positive attitude, with global awareness.
Furthermore, it would be an advantage, if you have:
Supply Chain understanding with insights into the digital and technology landscape.
Experience with project management, process operations, digital procedures, etc.
