What We're Building at Conveo

Conveo is the AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high quality consumer and B2B research. Global brands like Unilever, Google, and Orange use our AI video interviewer to generate insights across marketing, product, and research teams.

The Context

Our events engine is firing. US in-person events are generating 20+ meetings per conference. The calendar is growing fast across both Americas and EMEA. We now have dedicated on-the-ground execution for physical events in the US.

What we don't have yet is someone who owns the virtual channel with the same intensity.

Webinars and virtual roundtables are one of the highest-leverage tools in B2B marketing: they scale reach, deepen relationships with enterprise prospects, and keep Conveo top of mind between in-person moments. We've proven the in-person engine works. Now we want to build the virtual one to match.

Our Events Lead (@Julia Sirotina) runs the global events operation: strategy, commercial roadmap, reporting, and the EMEA calendar. This role reports directly to her. You'll own 80% of your time on virtual: designing, building, and running a world-class webinar and virtual events programme from scratch. The other 20% is supporting the global events function on smaller, high-touch client experiences: roundtable dinners, executive roundtables, and intimate activations that deepen relationships with our most important accounts.

This is a builder role. The strategic direction exists. Your job is to own the virtual channel and take it from zero to excellent.

Your Mission
1. Build and run Conveo's webinar programme

This is the core of the role. You build it, you own it, you make it excellent.

  • Design the webinar calendar from scratch: topics, formats, frequency, and target audiences aligned to our pipeline priorities

  • End-to-end production: speaker sourcing and briefing, content development, Zoom setup, run-of-show, and post-event follow-ups

  • Partner with Marketing to integrate webinars into nurture sequences, campaign calendars, and content repurposing workflows

  • Partner with Sales to surface the right accounts and contacts for each event and ensure every attendee gets a quality follow-up

  • Manage Conveo's sponsored virtual events: brief the organisers, prepare the team, ensure leads are captured and attributed correctly, and report on ROI to the same standard as owned events

  • Build a library of repeatable playbooks, templates, and run-of-show guides so the programme scales without quality loss

  • Continuously improve: track what drives registrations, attendance, and pipeline, and evolve the format based on what works

2. Run intimate client events that deepen enterprise relationships

The 20% is not an afterthought. Roundtable dinners and executive events are where our most valuable relationships are built.

  • Support the global events team on planning and delivery of roundtable dinners, executive breakfasts, and small-group activations

  • Take ownership of specific events from brief to close: venue coordination, invitation management, speaker prep, and on-the-night execution

  • Ensure these events are consistent with global brand standards and feed into the same lead capture and follow-up workflows as the broader events programme

  • Bring a hospitality-level mindset: the details matter, the atmosphere matters, and the follow-through always matters

3. Turn virtual events into measurable pipeline

Virtual events are a growth channel, not a broadcast tool. You own the connection between attendance and revenue.

  • Build lead capture and qualification workflows for every virtual event, coordinated with the global events reporting engine

  • Partner with AEs on pre-event targeting, personalised invitations, and post-event follow-up sequences

  • Track and report the metrics that matter: registrations, attendance rate, MQLs generated, pipeline influenced, and deals touched

  • Run post-event debriefs that feed learnings back into the global events playbook

4. Grow Conveo's brand through virtual presence

You are how Conveo shows up in the digital conversation of the market research and insights world.

  • Build relationships with the speakers, thought leaders, and practitioners your target audience trusts, and bring them into the Conveo ecosystem as guests, co-hosts, and collaborators

  • Scout virtual event formats, communities, and platforms where Conveo should have early presence and flag them to the Events Lead

  • Repurpose webinar content across LinkedIn, the blog, and email to extend the reach of every event well past the live date

  • Use virtual events to strengthen relationships with existing customers and create expansion opportunities

What We're Looking ForMust-haves
  • 5+ years running virtual events end-to-end, with direct ownership of strategy and execution

  • Track record of building and scaling a webinar programme, not just executing individual events

  • Deep understanding of how virtual events drive lead engagement, pipeline, and commercial outcomes

  • Strong producer instincts: you know what makes a webinar worth attending and how to create an experience that holds attention from registration to follow-up

  • Proficient with Zoom Webinars or Zoom Events as a production platform

  • Experience working in Asana or a similar project management tool to run multiple events in parallel

  • Comfortable managing event budgets and reporting on spend vs. results

Mindset
  • High agency, low ego: you see what needs to happen and you make it happen

  • Quality-obsessed: you care about the difference between a webinar people attend and one they remember

  • Commercially minded: you think about events in terms of pipeline and relationships, not just content

  • Builder mentality: you are energised by the blank page, not intimidated by it

  • Collaborative: you thrive inside a global framework and make everyone around you better

Nice to have
  • Network in market research, consumer insights, SaaS, or enterprise tech

  • Experience with hybrid event formats and in-person roundtable or dinner execution

  • Familiarity with lead capture tools, CRM workflows, and marketing automation platforms

  • Strong instincts for brand and design: you know what premium looks like and you hold that standard for every virtual event you run

What Success Looks LikeAfter 6 to 12 months:
  • Conveo runs a consistent, high-quality webinar programme: regular cadence, strong attendance rates, and a growing audience of engaged prospects and customers

  • Every virtual event feeds the same pipeline reporting engine as in-person, with clear metrics on leads generated, meetings booked, and deals influenced

  • You've built a library of playbooks and templates that make scaling the programme faster and better with each cycle

  • Roundtable dinners and intimate events you've supported feel category-leading: the kind of event people mention in follow-up emails

  • Sales and founders actively want to participate in virtual events because the setup, content, and follow-up are excellent

  • The global events team operates as one cohesive unit: no channel silos, unified reporting, shared brand

Why Join Conveo?

At Conveo, you'll join a team that genuinely enjoys working, and spending time, together. We care about building real relationships, not just great products. That's why we run quarterly team offsites where we disconnect, reset, and have fun.

  • Build the virtual events function that runs alongside one of the most productive in-person events engines in B2B SaaS

  • Direct access to founders and senior leadership

  • Work with world-class enterprise clients: Unilever, Google, P&G, Orange, and more

  • Hybrid working model with a London office to collaborate in person with the majority of the team

  • Competitive compensation with meaningful equity upside

  • A culture built on taste, speed, ownership, and ambition
