Head of Legal will build and lead Conveo’s legal function, owning commercial contracts, corporate housekeeping, employment and equity matters, IP, data privacy, AI governance, and external counsel. The role advises leadership across the UK, EU, and US, establishes legal processes and playbooks, supports fundraising and due diligence, manages a legal associate, and provides pragmatic risk guidance to sales, product, engineering, finance, and People teams.

Build and own internal full-stack tools and agentic apps from UX to infrastructure. Ship Slack/React interfaces, APIs, backend async pipelines, and AI-powered features using LLM APIs and prompt engineering. Embed with teams to translate user needs into production features, iterate quickly, and maintain systems on Vercel, AWS, Supabase, and BigQuery.

Lead end-to-end product development from customer problem to production. Own frontend architecture (React/TypeScript), backend APIs, PostgreSQL, async workflows, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP). Build AI-driven features using LLM APIs and prompt engineering, join customer calls, scope product work, and ship polished features independently in a small, fast-paced team.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle: build pipeline, qualify leads, run consultative demos, negotiate and close complex multi-stakeholder deals, expand accounts, provide product feedback, and maintain CRM and forecasting to hit quota and drive repeatable plays.
