Build and own internal full-stack tools and agentic apps from UX to infrastructure. Ship Slack/React interfaces, APIs, backend async pipelines, and AI-powered features using LLM APIs and prompt engineering. Embed with teams to translate user needs into production features, iterate quickly, and maintain systems on Vercel, AWS, Supabase, and BigQuery.

Operate within GTM Operations to diagnose revenue/process leaks, pull and analyze data, run and own cross-functional workstreams, ship rapid v1 solutions measured by KPIs, document and automate playbooks, and train functional teams for handover. Role requires frequent stakeholder alignment and post-handover support, based in Antwerp or the UK with regular travel to HQ.

Lead end-to-end product development from customer problem to production. Own frontend architecture (React/TypeScript), backend APIs, PostgreSQL, async workflows, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP). Build AI-driven features using LLM APIs and prompt engineering, join customer calls, scope product work, and ship polished features independently in a small, fast-paced team.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle: build pipeline, qualify leads, run consultative demos, negotiate and close complex multi-stakeholder deals, expand accounts, provide product feedback, and maintain CRM and forecasting to hit quota and drive repeatable plays.

Partner with founders and CFO to build and scale Conveo’s finance function: design financial systems and controls, manage cash/runway, oversee A/R and A/P, coordinate accounting across entities, build financial models and KPI tracking, support fundraising and investor/board reporting, and provide strategic analyses for pricing, hiring, and expansion.
