We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Marketing Manager - EMEA who is a collaborative team player with big ideas and someone willing to dig in on any details necessary to ensure success.

In a highly visible role, the ideal candidate will support our global calendar of third-party conferences and proprietary programs to enhance Leapwork’s brand awareness, foster lead engagements and create new sales opportunities. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Planning and executing events from conception to completion, ensuring all logistical details are meticulously handled and the experience maximises engagement and value
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales to understand their business targets and strategise alignment with the company’s brand and messaging
  • Creating and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Working in partnership with Procurement to negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimise resources and secure all required InfoSec and Privacy approvals
  • Tracking return on investment, engagement and audience feedback to measure results, assess opportunities for improvement, and optimise future events for an exceptional attendee experience
  • Anticipating and mitigating potential risks related to events. Developing contingency plans and safety protocols to address unforeseen disruptions

About you: 

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing or Event Management with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with users and stakeholders
  • Capable of leading, creating, and presenting a long-term vision, and with a supporting strategy to achieve it. Equipped with a business focus and delivery approach that enables engagement across departments
  • Proven effectiveness in collaborating with cross-functional team members, approaching challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Energy, flexibility and aim to create real and measurable business results. Visionary mindset to align event goals and measurement of success with company business priorities and goals
  • Experience in executing integrated, ROI-driven Marketing and Lead Generation campaigns
  • Self-starter with outstanding organisational and time management abilities, keen attention to detail and thinking steps ahead in the process
  • A dedication to perfecting small details and exceeding user experience expectations
  • Previous close collaboration with Sales teams, demonstrating an understanding of how to support and accelerate their efforts
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience in analysing campaign results to derive actionable business recommendations and insights
  • Comfortability with multi-tasking, catering to various stakeholders, within a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time
