What You'll Do

  • Drive and lead the go-to-market strategy across EMEA for the Deep Carpet Cleaning floorcare range
  • Develop and implement category and optimal pricing strategies to drive sales and profitability, by analysing market trends, competitors and customer data
  • Work closely with offices across US and EMEA region to assemble an optimum product strategy
  • Create compelling brand messaging that connects with consumers.
  • Partner with Product Development, Sales, PR, and IMC to deliver best-in-class launches.
  • Own category performance insights, identifying growth opportunities, and optimising sales performance
  • Develop briefs for consumer testing and IHUTs, working with CI team to define target audience and messaging
  • Work with local agency to ensure packaging artwork and adaptations are complete for all markets
  • Alongside internal teams, ensure we are developing breakthrough content for digital, social, retail, and beyond.
  • Support manager in overall P&L strategy and category goals


What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in Product Marketing/Category Marketing, ideally in consumer goods or appliances.
  • A passion for category storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and killer execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen - you get the numbers and know how to turn insights into action.
  • A fast-moving, collaborative mindset - you thrive in a high-energy team.
  • Able to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders across different departments, at a range of different levels.
  • Knowledge of European market and retailers is advantageous but not essential
  • The ability to think big, move fast, and make things happen.
